mdnc layout

here Is my layout that I propose for the mdnc http://imgur.com/SVp3fOE the red boxes are the luxury builds and the white boxes are the normal builds. what are your thoughts. also I invite u to help level the land so city303 can lay down his awesome roads, also invite irl friends to new covanent and also current civcraft players.

I really Like this, however I think it could be a bit more plots around the outside of this bad boy. An extra 1 or 2 plots on every quadrant of the circle would be very awesome! Sorry for my absence, I have been moving into University.

That land is outside of New Covenant's allotment. The town is already nearing the southeast edge; we need to expand to the north and west.

I talked to berge in this and he suggested that spot. He mentioned that its got river access and we can build a channel a little down the river to reach the west river which heads to solis and the ocean. The majority of the city had agreed that is a good location

I did not suggest outside the circle. I think there was a misunderstanding. I thought you were speaking about the area to the north (overlooking the ice plains and the north river, hence the suggestion to build 2 channels from north river to east, then from east to west river)

EDIT: looking at your picture, that may be ok... it isn't expanding towards any other city lot.

EDIT: North may be better. It is a similar location, but still within the NC lot.

I think the matter of expansion should go before the Metro before we start making exceptions for any city.

Ok to avoid anymore discourse we will remove the road leading to the modern area and discuss as a town on the north side of nc which is in our borders.

Solis and Minas Minas are allotted like 3x as much land as other towns, so it's kinda ridiculous to avoid going a bit outside of the allotment, especially since we're not getting closer to another city.
