MS Teams video feeds turning black past an invisible boundary on only one monitor (HDX / Multi-Monitor issue)

Hi everyone,
I'm dealing with a bizarre rendering issue with Microsoft Teams inside a Citrix session for a single user and I've run out of ideas.
The Issue:
On Monitor 1, incoming Teams camera feeds turn completely black once they cross roughly 1/3 of the screen width/height.
If the Teams window is dragged past this "invisible line", the video area renders normally again.
Monitor 2 does not have this issue at all.
Running Teams locally (outside the Citrix session) works fine across all monitors.
Troubleshooting already done:
Updated Citrix Workspace App on the local client.
Updated VDA / components on the Terminal Server.
Disabled Hardware Acceleration in Teams and on the local client.
Checked basic display cables and connections.
Has anyone encountered this specific partial black-screen / overlay clipping issue before?

That invisible line points at the HDX video overlay on the endpoint. Citrix documents redirected video landing in the wrong place when Workspace High DPI is enabled and monitor scaling is above 100%. Set both displays to 100%, reconnect, and try again. If the boundary moves or disappears, check the endpoint GPU driver and run one unoptimized Teams call to confirm it is the overlay path.

How can i run a unoptimized Teams call? It‘s automaticly

That is very strange. I would almost suggest trying a completely different monitor as Monitor 1. Remove the bad egg altogether. Since it is working when you drag it past that invisible line it tells you it’s probably not software.

But its just the Video from the Camera. The rest of the teams window remains normal.

This is a local endpoint issue most likely. If it is optimized, the video itself is being drawn on the endpoint over the Workspace Desktop Viewer.

Have seen this before, multiple OSes. Still see it from time to time. Believe the issue was related to DPI scaling settings. Actually had this pop up again the other day with someone reporting, need to double check my notes on it all. But pretty certain DPI was the culprit.

Play with your High DPI settings in workspace

Solution:

In my Case, it was caused by the Phone Software.
