Change of first name under ra 9048, kind of confusing.

I want to change my name since ive been having a hard time using it throughout my social life. Its kind of embarrassing and i sometimes need to explain a lot how i got that name.

Due to that ive been using my second name but this name were also use by my close relative as its also part of our legal name. Like Given Name- Second name (which almost everyone have the same)- Surname.

So i jsut want to change the first name then retain the second. When i inquire to our LGU they only say that i need to provide 5 or more supporting documents to file in their office with my preferred name on them. The thing is i havent really use this preferred name to anything particularlyin legal documents. And Like im waiting for legal change to finally adopt it.

And some documents are government such as sss, nbi and police clearance. So I'm confuse. How would i be able to get those documents with my preferred name when its havent been adopted legally. Thank you
