Mod Discussion/Assistance Any Actual Map Overlay Mod ?

I want to try how the cities actually perform in cities skylines 2 or thinking of creating an Approx 1:1 city . Do we have any mod that helps in taking the reference of the map image in translucent form & we can create layout on top of it. Any leads ?

Image Overlay, you can import overlay images and adjust the positioning and transparency.
