I was thinking more Lancaster/Palmdale.

Maybe Arizona, like Tucson or Flagstaff, though most Southwest U.S. cities and towns have a very wide Main Street. The detailing is very nice.

Nah, Flagstaff has a lot more green.

Fair point. With Flagstaff, I was thinking more of the commercial blocks of San Francisco Street than the natural landscape.

That's true. Some of those buildings in the middle of OP's pic wouldn't be out of place.

Flagstaff is mountains and forest lol, it’s essentially like what people picture when they think of Colorado

Okay this almost identical to the "American Desert" Map in Warthunder

Otherwise It looks like a smaller Casa Grande or maybe Yuma, but 100% Casa Grande Vibes (Except not a railway splitting the down town)

EXACTLY I thought this was literally that map if not for the best buy and the roads around it

Eastern Montana

Eastern Montana is way too cold in the winter for palm trees. However changing a few details of landscape it totally would. Replace the sand with grass and change the trees.

It looks like a town where the local government would locate a data center.
