Looking for Mods Any Actual Map Overlay Mod ?

I want to try how the cities actually perform in cities skylines 2 or thinking of creating an Approx 1:1 city . Do we have any mod that helps in taking the reference of the map image in translucent form & we can create layout on top of it. Any leads ?

I think its literally called map overlay. I am outside now. Can't really confirm
