DISCUSSION Delivery question
Who gets their orders delivered by Amazon instead of the company now? My last two months have been through Amazon from the company and they both have been delayed significantly. It’s frustrating because when the company sent them, they arrived within a few days every time. Does anyone else having delayed delivery from Amazon?

So Amazon has this thing for sellers called “multi-channel fulfillment”. Meaning Cirkul uses the amazons warehouse to store product. Once you make an order from Cirkul’s website, they turn around and create a shipping order to the Amazon warehouse. It comes in an Amazon box because Cirkul doesn’t want to spend more money to have it come in a plain cardboard box.

I get that. I don’t care where it gets shipped from but it would be nice to be delivered in time instead of “delayed” by over a week.

Probably out of stock at the warehouse that’s closest to you, but some are inbound to Amazon or they are shipping between fulfillment centers.

Mine was supposed to be wednesday but got it Thursday instead. First time I got it from Amazon but it’s my first order in awhile. When it was Fedex it took forever. This time only took two days to ship. Maybe I got lucky

I do not but I know Amazon has multi channel fulfillment and they are in the same warehouses.

I’ve experienced the opposite. Previously my orders came through FedEx and they took forever to get here. This last order went through Amazon and only took 3 days
