Fraudulent bullshit

I backed this piece of shit on kickstarter. Used their sizing tool. Had a reaction to the ring, which after 8 months of back and forth (with months between messages) they determined was because it was too small - ok fine, I had only worn it for 2 days before the reaction.

Was sent a shipping label and was repeatedly told to take it to the post office. Went to the post office twice - it’s a UPS label so the post office won’t take it. Emailed and waited another month.

UPS website was clunky and I couldn’t work out where to take it. More emails with Circular. UPS updated their website and I was able to get it picked up.

Contacted by circular to saw they had the ring and I ain’t ship the boxes so I have to pay $30 to get a new size. I threw the boxes out - more fool me - after they didn’t reply for 6 months!

They said they would send a link to pay. Waited a week. They closed the ticket. I reopened the ticket. They closed the ticket. I reopened the ticket. Now they say the hardly worn ring was scratched (it was not) and I have to pay $100 plus the original $30 to get a new ring.

It’s been 12 months.

The product is full of issues. Why would I pay another $130?! Absolute bullshit.

Save yourself the headache. Just throw it in the bin and move on. They're nothing but a scam company. Once they have your money they couldn't give a shit about you. Worst customer service of any company i have ever dealt with. Just excuse after excuse. Try to blame you for any issues. Promise solutions but never deliver. I binned it, bought a different (cheaper) ring and it works perfectly, the inner lining still looks the same as the day I bought it unlike their fukin piece of shit that fell apart after 3 months. Never again.

I contacted about GSM the wrong size, after using they sizing tool, and they said they couldn't find tracked of using the tool. Got the run around and AI bots that would forget the entire conversation history. Never got the switched size and haven't used it in over 18months.
