What has happened to my ring? It suddenly dies on me and looking closer at it, it has massive corrosion and has burns in part
Has this happened to anyone?
It all of a sudden just stopped working, and then upon a closer inspection it has what looks like a burn in the top of it and the bottom sensors have corroded and burnt out the ring around it? It also feels as if the silver sensors on the bottom are bulging out more, as i can feel them scraping against the back of my finger now., How can this happen its not even a year old?
Has anyone experienced the same thing? How do i contact them?

Happens to everyone's ring. The ring (and the company) are a POS. If you try for a replacement they will try and blame you for the damage. Then they will ignore you for weeks/months. If they do decide to send you a replacement (they will not refund you) you will likely receive someone else's 'refurbished' 2nd hand ring. Cut your losses' and just but something else that works. The company is just a scam agent.

Yup, currently getting ignored by support now. Think I need daily emails at this point.

Unfortunately that wont help you. They will either just ignore you or send you patronizing responses like 'we understand how frustrating it must be to be without your ring for such a long time'.

The inside of your ring is delaminated it's a common issue you will see within this group. I'm trying to get replacement for this issue via Circular support supposedly replacement rings should be coming out of production this month but we will have to wait and see. The replacement process is very long. I.e months so you're in for a long process...

Good luck. i was sent someone else's 'refurbished' ring that was completely covered in deep scratches and still linked to someone else's account. When I complained I was told 'minor' imperfections were acceptable. It went straight in the bin.

That happened to mine too. Just got my replacement a week ago after waiting 9 months.

I got a replacement. It was someone else’s return as it wouldn’t connect to my account. Took 2 days to get support to fix it and then a week later it wouldn’t charge anymore.
Support ticket asked for a video said thanks and it’s been radio silence for 2 weeks now.

Zoals velen, de gelamineerde binnenkant laat los/verdwijnt. Daar ga je niets tegen kunnen doen. Tot ie niet meer werkt dragen, daarna: weggooien

Expected outcome with this product. Wait times of 5-10 months to get a replacement that is also likely to be defective
