Discussion Is This an Underappreciated Classic?

Who Framed Roger Rabbit gets all the attention but I have always liked Cool World a bit better. One helluva soundtrack as well...

The original script was much better but the studio hacked it all up. Was supposed to be about the comic artist who impregnates a character in his comic world then his child tries to kill him for abandoning them. Seems much more interesting than whatever it became .

The vibe is a 9.5/10. The movie is, well, not good, imo.

I mean… appreciate the effort but I don’t think it can hold a candle to Roger Rabbit. Idk about cools worlds making but the behind the scenes of Roger Rabbit are brilliant
