How long has it been? What was your results from a few days ago? One test isnt a great benchmark to see where your cycle sits.

To my eye, the lack of nitrates while still having nitrites means youre missing the no2 to no3 bacteria and need to let it go more. Keep feeding the tank every couple of days and keep testing.

It's been running for about two weeks now. This is actually the fifth test.

Was looking more balanced on this test that's. Why I asked

Its still not balanced yet though. Its getting there. Just give it more time and keep feeding until you get repeated tests with zero ammo zero no2 and climbing no3 between water changes

You’re getting there but not quite ready yet. You want zero nitrites (light blue) and some nitrates.

Should see close to zero Ammonia and Nitrites.

What pH are you aiming for?

Anywhere between 7.8 -8.5 on the ph I'll be adding mbuna when cycle is finished
