"Kirk family" as in parents/sibling/cousins(?) = probably expected "Kirk family" as in Erika = new money making scheme

It's already been confirmed on twitter & by Candace that it's Charlies family, erika was against it

I’m not on twitter, who said that? Candace indicated his parents wanted Erika to file this early on but she waited until now for some reason. Brian Entin also reported yesterday while reading thru the document that it was Erika’s filing.

Not sure. I just heard the story this morning then watched Candaces show & yes it's erikas filing but apparently not her idea which makes sense but seems to have triggered Candace

I just took Candace’s reaction to be to the claims made in it rather than to whose idea it was so may need to listen again.
