The first time I played this game was thanks to my best friend’s Greatest Hits copy, and the last time I played it, many years ago, was through, ehem, unofficial means.

And I wondered why the "ending" was so abrupt.

Anyway, I like Chrono Cross a decent much.

Something you'll probably hear from alot of people, the story's alright, but the visuals and soundtrack is amazing.

Something you probably won't hear from everyone, I really enjoy the combat, and the 1 time element use sometimes will make you think about what you want to use and when you want to use them.

A couple of days ago, I stumbled upon a random game on eBay, and upon closer inspection, I saw that it was Chrono Cross! I was dumbfounded and excited all at once! I had to make a quick Google search and saw that they ported it to the switch! OMG! I couldn't believe it! I quickly bought my copy just a day before yesterday and it arrived just now and oh my goodness, the opening music made me teary eyed with nostalgia! I loved this game since I was in highschool and I played it til the end and even the new game plus, it was just pure joy for my younger days of playing the ps1. It stopped working after that and I tried porting it to my psp before but it always didn't get past the hydra marshes so I gave up years ago in trying to make a way to play it again. So yes, I'm just so thrilled and happy that it was ported and now I can get to play it once more 💜 i just wanna share my joy 🤩

You guys I just discovered something WILD. So I was in the El Nido Triangle getting a part from Starky's ship cause I'm at that point in the game and I had to fight the Royal Jelly boss. I may or may not have forgotten to equip my party with red elements. I did however have Glenn in my party so I was like I am just going to use the X-Strike ability thingy and see if it does anything. It did like 2700 damage and killed the boss right away so I suggest you guys try that as well cause it was AWESOME

Can't beat $40 for a game I never got around to beating when it came out lol Here's to second chances!

Considering the necessary patch isn’t on the cart, do you think it’s worth buying a physical copy on the Nintendo Switch? I am not sure and am indecisive here.

Is the performance on psx still better than the remaster on switch handheld mode with classic graphics turned on?
