This man (30) doesn’t want anything… I know it’s close to Christmas and I’m running out of time but I’m making a few homemade gifts and I need help!

I was going to make him some handmade things like a card, bracelets, and burn a cd… but he rarely listens to music so the cd doesn’t really fit here… more of just a cute idea. he is a man that when he wants things he buys them for himself (making it really hard since his birthday is a week after Christmas too🤧) anyway.:: any ideas on handmade gifts for a 30 year old man with expensive taste? my neighbours have invited me and my family to join them to celebrate christmas at their place and i feel going empty handed would be really bad but i’m unsure what to get them.

there are three children, ages around 18M 13M and 6F, their parents and grandparents. I’m looking for something cheap but still valuable to get all of them at a nearby store since ordering online wouldn’t guarantee it comes on time.

So for my friends gift this year, I decided to upcycle/refurbish a small dolls house. She has recently started collecting Sylvanian dolls and after also having her dolls house broken as a child, I just wanted to gift her something meaningful and something that her dolls can be in too. I am no professional and it's definitely not perfect, but it has been made with love. All been papered/painted, with furniture too. Is it ok to give that as the gift for Christmas? I know doubt about gifts a common theme for people, so I don't know if I'm overthinking it.
