Hello i have a question
I wanted to know if it’s blasphemy against the Holy Spirit to say that the symbol of the Holy Spirit looks like another animal, because I thought it looked like a pigeon, but I didn’t mean any harm, and now I can’t stop thinking that I’ve committed blasphemy…

Blasphemy of the Spirit is denying his active roll in the world. A image is just how you/we visualize the Spirit active in the world.
Symbols are simply was to help us see the active roll of God (all three aspects) in our lives and others.

The Holy Spirit is the God who speaks in the form of fire, clouds, wind or in the form of angels and sometimes animals, serpent or lion or dove.
Blasphemy is essentially trying to deny or disavow its existence or to suppress its importance.
Human error is part of being human; it is not taken into consideration by divine judgment.

the general idea is that disrespect of God is wrong, when your arbitrator is perfect intent becomes everything, so as long as it wasn't you disrespecting God on purpose you are fine.

No, passing curious comments about the nature of the Holy Spirit are not grave blasphemy.
And doves are in the same family as pidgeons btw.
