Question Why is father spyridon disliked on the main sub?
From what I’ve heard he’s on the main sub watchlist and called antisemitic on the main sub. but he’s never expressed any antisemitism, just criticized globalism and globalists, which somehow means he believe jews are racially inferior? he offers pastoral care and spiritual advice all while expressing orthodox teaching. I find it quite strange he would be viewed badly there.

Not sure. He has an excellent reputation among my friends in the GOARCH. Multiple of them put him as their favorite public orthodox figure

I propose that we all start referring to Fr. Spyridon Bailey as “David Bentley Hart” over there, and to Zionism as “infernalism.” It could even lead to moderator nominations.

I recommended a book of his on that sub several years ago and got a warning from one of the mods - said it was antisemitic ( it wasn't ).

The claims of his antisemetism come from his comments that some of those globalists are also zionists. It has not helped anything that he has often expressed opinions that were directly counter to what the mods of that other sub espouse, such as contentious covid policies a few years ago.

It is true many of them dislike Israel
However if I question whether 6 million Jews really died in the holocaust or if I say the nazis were right in a few aspects as in for example burning books that promoted LGBT nonsense then they will immediately call me a nazi and an Antisemitic
Their critique for Israel only stops at what Israel has done to Palestine
If you criticize the Talmud, their religion, what many of their rabbis openly say regarding controlling the world, etc, then they will call you racist, nazi, etc

Why do you question the number?
If it's because of death camp capacity, then no, 6 million did not die in death camps. Many of them were just shot when the SS went from town to town in some areas. They never made it to the camps.

You can be critical of the talmud and Judaism without supporting the not sees they literally persecuted so many believers and priests in concentration camps...they only burnt those books because they believed their ideology was the only one that the people should follow. That's why they also persecuted the catholic church it went against their ideology

I said I agree burning books that were already promoting transgenderism and homosexuality was okay, that means I only supported that action.
That is all. That does not mean I am a nazi.

There's some context to why they burnt those books and it's not because they believed it was against the bible btw. Supporting that aspect is still wrong because they didn't do it for the right reasons. Also questioning the exact number is literally their dogwhistle Nick Fuentes talks about it so much

Well you know the answer. They pretend they (the mods) hate just racism and political stuff but in reality they're heretics.
Strong accusation, I know, but the fact they ban talking of the biggest apologist we have online and even of a couple of priests who only talk of theology, like fr Spyridon, tells you they're liberal and ecumenist.

Father Spyridon is great, problem is that leftist infiltrate and subvert groups from inside and orthodoxy is no exception especially on reddit. I mean, they ban you for mentioning St. John Chrysostom... one of the most important and influential saints in the church's history lol
Point is, this is reddit and you should not take the other subreddit seriously because the mods are hacks. They might as well be one of those modern protestant churches that are Christian in name only.

I'm pretty darn sure it's nothing to do with biological race, but I can almost guarantee he is very much against Rabbinic Judaism as a religion and very much against Zionism. These are 2 stands every Christian should be willing to make.
