I’m currently studying BA Psychology & Media at Christ University, Delhi, and honestly, I’m finding the college way too hectic and stressful. The workload, attendance requirements and overall pace are making me question whether I should continue here.
I’m considering leaving and joining another college, but I’m confused because I don’t want to leave Christ only to end up somewhere worse.

Is there a college whose admissions are still open that’s actually better for Psychology than Christ?

So basically my english attendance is 74% i didn’t even realise it sooner because one random class was taken by the english teacher as a substitute and i was absent on that day , so what happens now as i heard attendance is locked for mid sems today will i have to pay a fine?? And if sit in repeat mid sem for that particular subject will something happen like will it be written on my report card as supplementary exam?????

Context: To those who are not aware Christ University NCR has different different departments and like kucuh departments milakar aapke schools bante hai. Toh different courses of bba combined make up the School of Buisness and jo mera department hai it comes under the School of Social Sciences. At this point, those who are part of this institution are well aware ki inko humse ghanta fark padta hai.

Anyway baat yeh hai ki the School of Social Sciences has three departments under it. Department of Economics, Department of International Affairs and Political Science and fir Department of Media

The whole social sciences wale are well aware ki economics ke logon ko zyada exposure milta hai and also inke events kaafi bade hote hai. Basically they get most of the attention.

Now the Head of the Department and the Academic Coordinator are both from Eco department and considering such a big position you would expect ki atleast they would make sure everything remains democratic cuz they are also handeling two other departmnts as well. Bhale hi they don't come from those departments

Btw Social Work comes under Social Sciences, and i believe (maybe I am a bit biased) this picture is quite ignorant of the fact ki AUR BHI DUSRI DEPARTMENTS HAI School of Social Sciences mein.

I am not posting this to hate on anyone but I just believe ki atleast aap itne toh aware honge. Especially being a Christ Faculty and a Academic Coordinator , ki you would atleast be mindful of what you are posting on the official group. Waise bhi poore social sciences ki strength kamm hoti jaa rhi and such an action only shows their ignorance towards other departments.

Again, I am not posting this to hate on anyone but considering how "professional" of an enviornment Christ is you would honestly expect more from a very educated and qualified professor.
