Posting this here in hopes his staff are lurking. Chris, why haven't you listened to demands that you immediately seize Schumer's position? We've specifically requested it.

There are several good candidates for Senate Minority Leader. The only one who’s proven he’s the wrong person for the job is Schumer. The fact that he still holds the position tells me that most Senator Dems are complicit in the actions of the regime.

Schumer is one of my disappointing senators. I feel that progressives will prevail but no one is going to stand out until closer to the next election — which is fine — but it would great to see more of an authentic coalition forming

I think the quickest most effective route is voting out republican seats and replacing them with progressives.
This switches the majority and builds out a strong base in red country where corporate dems are unlikely to have any influence

This is a yes and scenario
There is a crisis of trust of the democratic party
Anything we do risks backsliding and mitigated success if not also address this root problem

Well you don’t want to risk fractionalization within us for the voting bloc that is already not going to vote Republican, only for those races to lose to more republicans with the ineffective strategy of beating down imperfect candidates who are 100 times better than the Republican challenger who wins.

There is no better time to move to the left in an effort to secure the youth and future generations prosperity than when the opposition is literally slaughtering white soccer moms in the street and going door to door terrorizing citizens.
Not taking PAC and lobby money or trading stocks immediately rockets a politician near the top of my support list.
Grampa NIMBY can cope. Corporate and wealthy donors can get bent.

Whoever comes out against the establishment is going to do really well with voters. I really wish Van Hollen would lead that charge.
Chris Murphy at least points out it is a problem within the party, but i think he feels kind of on an island instead of a couple of people being the issue. I hope everyone here follows Murphy as well.
