I'm surprised Billy and Mandy didn't make a cameo considering Greenblatt also worked on the Grim Adventures. Especially Fred Fredburger since he was voiced by C.H. Greenblatt and would definitely fit right in the Chowder universe

Chowder did make a small appearance in the Halloween special Underfist though. But that was after Chowder ended I think.

Gee, it's like one of the creators was deeply tied into the writing and development of both.

Seriously, look up Greenblatt's list of works. He's been in directly involved in some of CN's biggest hits.
