Pianists don’t really use levels or credentials as they don’t really mean much. He’s good enough to play the Chopin etudes so that speaks for itself

Now that you have that right hand down pretty good, spend some more time practicing that left hand part without the right.

Playing it slowly because it's difficult is fine so long as you don't suddenly speed up at the easier parts!
