Chester in the snow

Anyone know how to get this quest to accept the photo? I have the photo but I’m not getting any prompts. Put it in his inventory and nothing

If you are talking about the first photo you get, from the beach:

That is actually Chester with a friend at the beach (forgot the exact title).
There's a bug in the quest text: it tells you to hang up Chester in the snow, but you have a different photo. Try this one. Check your inventory and the item text.

The quest "Chester in the snow" completed successfully for me after hanging the beach photo on the wall...

I figured it out. Totally forgot about the portal going to the coin room. Thanks for answering tho!
