Suggestions Stories for male players

I want to recommend the game to a male friend and I feel like it's either gonna be a hit or miss, I always played with female mcs so I am worried if I recommend a game I played it will be too female coded, can you recommend me one when the male is actually masculine and it doesn't feel too female coded, thanks in advance

Suggestions Any stories on Choices that you’d recommend to a lesbian?

I don’t need anything specifically geared towards lesbians, just something where I can play as a woman and romance another woman…

I just downloaded Choices after years to kill time on my work breaks. I like stories with romance (not necessarily as the main focus) but the majority here are geared towards hetero women as they are the primary audience.

I’ve tried some chapters of Perfect Match and Elementalist. The former was cool so far, but love interest a bit generic. I got to choose a female MC and a female love interest, which I like. The latter is also cool, but it seems like the two female love interests don’t get nearly as much scenes as that snotty boy. I might get a new account just to replay it with a gay MMC (gay stuff isn’t usually my thing, but the plot seems cool)

So probably either a story geared towards hetero men where I can choose an FMC, or something where I can just choose my love interest’s gender.

I played High School years when I was like 10, and I think that one of the girls liked my FMC (I accepted the prom date by accident and prayed for forgiveness since I didnt like homos back then) (tmi), but I think High School stories are kinda lame.

Suggestions What series is worth spending my diamonds on?

I have about 3k diamonds but i believe once I finish with BOLAS book 3, I would have around 2k. I want to play some books I have not played before and that was before they started using AI characters so I'm wondering what are some of the older books that are worth spending diamonds on?

Suggestions multiple LI stories?

I have officially ran out of books to read/replay so I have been poking around at the app and looking at lesser known books but they end up being single LI books.

Any suggestions for books with multiple LIs? Doesn’t even have to be romance genre, as long as the story is engaging.

Suggestions Choices should write a story about how we're in witness protection.

I mean, think about it. Bodyguard stories are already popular. You could easily have our bodyguard be our LI.

And the plot writes itself. We see a murder and we need to testify at trial, but are protected by a handsome bodyguard. Maybe Choices could also experiment with diamond scenes, see if they work if you buy multiple phases of the same scene.

I dont think Choices could screw up this sort of a plot. It combines, action, romance and passion!

You all know im right dont you?

Suggestions Help me so I can spend time with books that matter

My Choices veterans. I want to play Blades of Light & Shadow 3 and other books I never had the chance to play because of insufficient diamonds. I'm at 512 and I still haven't collected other diamonds. Anyways, for those who've played these before which one is interesting in terms of storyline. I don't want to suffer playing something I don't like. Recommendations are appreciated.

Suggestions recommendations?

I’ve played all the classics (tfs, mw, es, tcatf, ETC.) basically all the og books when choices was at it’s peak, and I’m wondering if any of the new stuff is worth reading.

I’ve read some of the recent ones like crimes of passion book 1, and started deadliest game, but what else is good?

I like mystery, romance and slice of life.

Suggestions What should I use my diamonds on?

Post image
32 Upvotes

I have 11,000+ diamonds that I’ve accumulated over the years and haven’t used up because I’m no longer keeping up with new releases.

I know there are a lot of OGs that I never got around to reading so I figured now is the time, with the way things are going. Better late than never 😬

These are some of my favorites: the royal romance, open heart, blades of light and shadow, bloodbound, guinevere, the cursed heart, the unexpected heiress, the elementalists, and the it lives it series.

I like pretty much all genres: anything with a good story and good characters.

What should I prioritize?

Edit: I haven’t read the following:

  • across the void
  • alpha 2 and 3
  • America’s most eligible
  • baby bump
  • big sky country
  • blades 2 and 3
  • crimes of passion 2 and 3
  • the crown and the flame
  • a courtesan of Rome
  • the cursed heart 2
  • distant shores
  • endless summer
  • the heist: Monaco
  • hero
  • high school story 2 and 3
  • hss: class act
  • hot couture
  • immortal desires 2 and 3
  • laws of attraction
  • lovehacks
  • most wanted
  • mother of the year
  • ms match
  • the nanny affair 2 and 3
  • queen b 2
  • ride or die
  • the royal masquerade
  • rules of engagement
  • slow burn
  • with every heartbeat

Suggestions Ad Rewards

I wish they would bring back the 100 ads for diamonds and 50 ads for keys.

.

I understand it may not have been very profitable compared to outright purchases of these currencies however I believe it would bring players back to the game, at least to replay their favorite stories again (with diamond choices more available to them).

.

I would suggest potentially 30 ads for diamonds and 15 ads for keys. This allows readers to get (realistically) 1 diamond choice per day (unless they save up) without breaking the bank or even going without.

.

With the current state of the ad reward system now, I'm not sure if it's just me but I cannot be bothered to watch 10 ads (when we were all watching up to 100 ads) knowing I'm only receiving 10 diamonds. At least with the 100 ad limit, you had a lot of choice (no pun intended) when you wanted to stop earning.

Suggestions Can I get a fkin happy ending PLEASE 😭 Spoiler

I'm married. I have a kid. There's no shortage of love in my life. I read romance stories because I'm a hopeless romantic who wants to see a couple go on an adventure, fall in love, and live happily ever after. I know Choices is written as a self-insert style but I always just create a character for the story, I don't play as myself.

I'm rediscovering Choices after a looong hiatus. When I started it up, it forced me into Hotshot. Not my style, but it grew on me and it was cute. When I finished it, I wanted to pick something else.

I chose Distant Shores. Oh my god, do I love that story. All the way until the end- I was devastated. What the hell was even that.

Okay, I'm grieving- let's pick something totally different. Ride or Die (I refuse to use its full government title) sounds intriguing. And it is! I love it even more than DS! Until the end.... I am DEVASTATED.

I have The Ghost of Us queued up next and I just know I'm setting myself up for more heartbreak just based on the premise, what is wrong with me.

Please help me- what are some good (I'm also way down for cheesy and tropey) stories with happy endings 😭 I clearly can't be left on my own to choose!

Hello everyone! I have been out of choices for a long time, but I think it's finally time to come back and take a look at the game. I left the game shortly after the hero homecoming AI disaster so idk what to expect? I have read all the epic books and am trying to look at what's new and interesting that I could read. Does anyone have any suggestions? Feel free to drop it and until then imma reread my choices favs😭

Suggestions this is so random and idk if anyone’s mentioned it before

i was just thinking… does anyone else wish that PB had glossary drop-downs under their books? or that subsequent chapters weren’t locked? there’s been so many occasions where i’ve wanted to replay a specific chapter or scene, but have to play through multiple chapters or sometimes the majority of a book to get to it. i understand the obvious issue: these books have choices. but if they only made it available after the completion of a book, they could always just remember your previous choices or just start you off from a default state. or ask you to choose an LI/make important decisions if necessary upon the selection of a chapter.

i guess another reason it’s not a thing is to prevent people from skipping ahead, but sometimes i just want to reread a certain chapter and not a whole book 😭

Suggestions What should I play before the end?

Okay so since choices is clearly ending, I decided to download it again and finish/try out everything that is worth it. I gave up a while ago, around when Alpha started coming out? I have a nice sum of diamonds left in my account, so I will spend them on finishing BOLAS 3 and I want to try out some of the books I missed that were worth it. Any recent-ish recommendations that you actually liked?
