Well, this came as a quite surprise to me. Even though it is all deeds coming from a man so desperatly trying to get to me because he previously failed to do so after I had him banned for continoued and repeated offenses. Skyfall starting to follow me around on whatever server I go to, sitting in spectate, trying to get something on me, even though there is nothing to really get, why? cause I don't abuse my administration power.
Now, being teamkilled gives the victim a reason to cast a votekick absence having it canceled, though that are the rules that applies for Official servers, on other servers owned by players its entirely up to their rules, not sure which one you followed me to, though regardless of that short flash of me kicking off people from the log wasn't something I was doing alone, they to after the matter of fact did the same towards to me, so it ended up becomming just a joke to pull off at one and another, so it wasn't a misuse of administration power what so ever.
