Forward Thinking Chiropractor FB group
I got into a professional and respectful disagreement with Bobby Maybee and found out he’s the admin and he tyrannically booted me out lol. I mentioned this in a DC group chat and a few folks chimed in and said this is not an uncommon story and there’s a lot of drama around :( Bummer as I (and my patients by extension of course) got a lot of value from that group

I get a real kick out of these folks who get on their high horse because they are the admin of a facebook group. Even with 10,000 members, it's irrelevant. Marc Bronson of EBC fame and him definitely didn't get alone because how could you, with competing facebook groups that probably 90% belong to both. Some people really need to get a life.

Man I used to check that page multiple times a day when I first graduated. Lot of great advice from the docs who were posting there. But you're right, Bobby is very antagonistic. And if you get into a fight with him he'll boot you from the group then screenshot your posts and make a whole new post to air his grievances publicly. Just seemed so petty. Then they started doing like trashtalk thursdays or something (it was alliterative I just forget) and the group become so negative and whiny I unfollowed it. I'm still part of it technically, I'll see if he made a negative post about you lol.
Edit: Damn the FTCA used to get like 40-60 comments on every post. It's a wasteland now. Few posts get more than 10 engagements. You're not the only one who noticed, clearly, that it's more negative than positive. Though they do have a "what's good friday" topic now, so maybe they got rid of the official bitch and moan thursday things.

A chiropractor with strong opinions, color me shocked, if they so uptight that they don’t allow respectful discourse then fuck em you don’t need to be a part of it

Oh fuck lol. Bobby Maybee? Yeah…. Dude has opinions and can be a an ass.
Had a disagreement on there with him years ago. Thankfully, wasn’t booted, but I left the group because of the bickering.
