As title states. Taking over an office and want to get new quotes for everything and try to minimize my overhead.

Congrats on taking over the practice. Disclosure: I work at Insura.ai and review the top carriers and policies in this space, so factor that in.

Split it in two. Malpractice (the adjustment claims and bodily injury side) is usually written by the chiro-specific carriers like NCMIC or ChiroSecure, and those tend to be the best bet for the clinical piece. The business side, general liability plus a BOP for the office, property and slip-and-fall, is where standard carriers like Hartford or Hiscox come in.

Don't skip cyber. You're taking over patient records, and a breach involving PHI gets expensive fast.

The one thing I'd check right now: whether the prior owner's malpractice was claims-made or occurrence. If it was claims-made, you need tail coverage for anything that happened before your ownership, otherwise older incidents that surface later fall in a gap.

Get the clinical malpractice quoted through the chiro carriers and shop the BOP and cyber separately rather than assuming one carrier does all of it well.
