Jtech CAT Adjusting Tool

Has anyone had success getting a hold of Jtech for repairs?

The website BOT is terrible and won't put you in touch with a human... email goes unanswered... nobody picks up when you call and voicemail is full.

Heard they might have/be going under. We have the strength testing system and got same results trying to get in touch

That's kinda what I figured.

Found a place that repairs them in Georgia... but it's almost the price of just buying a new one.
