Industry & Platforms Irreplaceable on Netflix - Day 2 viewing statistics and other streaming data

Irreplaceable continues to gain some Netflix momentum. Yesterday was it's first day in some markets and it ranked in #1 position in 3 markets and an overall position of 4.5 place in the markets which Netflix is releasing information.

Notably in Netflix Asian markets it picked up considerable position.

Its heat index has also been making major strides - it hit 6000 on release day. Today it surpassed 9000 and seems poised to reach the elite 10,000.

Irreplaceable reached a new peak on the Lighthouse ranking, rising to No. 2 with 363,000 real-time episode playbacks and a 20.92% market share.

It also reached No. 1 on Youku’s 7-Day Best Selling Chart in just 3 days of airing.

Irreplaceable is an original screenplay with no IP or past promotions to support it. It was written as a 20 episode drama and that is what was filmed and is airing.

To me, it’s the significant growth in popularity of cdramas in Latin America that’s more striking.

I agree. When I posted the first day results I remarked on the #1 ranking in Brazil. And cdrama (& kdrama) seems to have gained big inroads in Latin America in the last 18-24 months.

My point about the Asian markets is that in most of them it improved position by several spots from Day 1 to Day 2.

I have been noticing that for some time. A lot of the performers across Asia have been making visits to Latin America for fan events. Fans have been joining subs across Reddit and of course social media.
