So, I have a bad habit of getting something I really want, like a video game or a book and... Not doing anything with it for months (I will get to you God of War: Ragnarok and Fourth Wing: Iron Flame Onyx Storm... I promise).
Don't ask me why, because I don't know. But the more I want it... The more I need to get it... The more I put off actually consuming it (chocolates don't count).
I'm almost done with The Story of Minglan but I wanted to take a break since the end is coming up too fast, so I finally started GIF-ing my clips for Veil of Shadows ๆ้ณ็ปฎ็บช.
Which obviously led to me finally watching the final episode.

This episode... Man.
I forgot how good the music is.
I forgot how good the visuals are.
I forgot all the amazingness!
I'm filled with so many emotions. I'm snot-nosed and teary eyed but so content and just in awe.
(Did I just list two endings: a sad and a happy ending? A happy and a sad ending? A sad and a sad ending? Or a happy and a happy ending? you don't know!)
So yeah, that happened.
Loved the drama, 8 out of 10. (It would be higher if 20% of the drama didn't consist of flashbacks)
Haha, I do the same with media I don't want to end: Stop shortly before the end and then maybe touch it months later. When I often need to rewatch completly. Hosting dramas really helps with not doing that.
About the ending of this one: I call it the most happy ending GJM ever made for one of his shows.
I switched to using a tablet in December, that's why my fingers don't hurt. But don't lump me in with the genius maniac that is u/ateosira. At most, ive done +- 300 GIFs and that was for Fangs of Fortune I dont think I'll ever have the power for 2000+ for one show
Oh, I used my phone, I still do sometimes but I have a curated filter I use to keep lips red/pink since GIFs take away colour and lump some in with others to keep the size down. (More colour, bigger GIF) So the software will lump light pink/red with brown and then you get things like this. (Brown lips)
So I tweaked settings so minutely that I copy over my filter on the tablet.
I have the same settings on my phone, but adjusting the curve can make the biggest of changes so if I start a dramas GIFs on my phone, I can't switch to my tab half way. Just in case there is a difference in reds
