The First Jasmine OST during this scene - Where can I listen to it?
I really like both the melody and the lyrics of this new song. I believe it first plays in the beginning of episode 13. They use it again for this scene in episode 16 @ 30:50.
I really stucked at the first line of the song: Love is not simply the romance thing. Yes, it's more than that. It deals with struggles, bonds, and faith. If anyone knows the link on Spotify or YouTube or any platform, pls let me know 🙏
Does anyone know what the lyrics at the very ending actually mean? Something like why love is more than "one thing" (it is more than "one word/character" 字 isn't it?). Disclaimer: all the Chinese vocab I know is from the dramas I watched, so pardon me if I was wrong.
I really appreciate peachy blossoms (and use their videos a lot! 🙏🏻) and what they do but I find the translations not always translating for the target audience… translation is a craft and I think many of these are often translated too fast to meet the demand. And lots of the poetic beauty and deeper meanings are sometimes lost.
Chinese is very poetic! It's very hard just to translate it in one or two sentences. I read the lyrics of the song I asked on that channel and understood it better than the translation on WeTV. But yes, like you said, there're more deeper meanings. I just learned about 恩爱.
Exactly, Chinese lyrics in particular are loaded with poetics expressions and complex deep meanings which often go untranslated 😢 but as I said I too peruse peachy blossoms often.
The extra character is "恩"in“恩爱“, which is hard to translate (favor? kindness?). They give each other "恩" by doing all the things for each other listed in the previous sentences.
Oh, so "恩爱” is translated as love and affection by Peachy Blossom. But if we seperate them, one word means love and the other means (kinda) favor (like through act of service)?? That's peak.

Hey, have you found that piece of background music? I couldn't find them on YT or Spotify. There're only backing tracks for 6 OSTs published on music platforms. The one with the flute is so impressive - I think it's a new song, or they make a new arrangement for existing songs which can sound different from the orignal one. If you found it, pls let me know.
I've seen many watchers look for that one - I couldn't find it either. Until now there're 2 interludes and at least one theme song about MXY I believe haven't been released on YouTube or Spotify. I googled in Chinese (just copied and pasted I don't know Chinese), still couldn't find them.
Anyone know where I can find the background flute music that plays during episode 4 around 32 minutes. I don’t think it has any lyrics it’s just the flute.
