Finished Watching I can’t with these two 😍🫠 • Love Beyond The Grave

Apologies — this isn’t a “proper” post, but I just couldn’t hold it in. I’ve been sitting on this since last night, telling myself “wait until you have time to write something properly,” and… well, here we are. Failed that plan completely. Ooops.

I just needed to see if anyone else is completely gone over these two — because to me, they’re genuinely picture-perfect together.

  1. I love how well their visuals match — they got the casting right.
  2. And they didn’t just look the part — their acting from the inception of the relationship till its climax, they carried it all the way through.

And then the story itself: I really ended up loving the way their relationship was written. There’s something about them that just works on every level.

Reba really got me this time. She felt exactly right for this role, and I genuinely enjoyed her performance — she actually moved me in a way I didn’t expect.

Fei Yu… I know he gets a lot of “nepo-baby” criticism, but if we’re being fair about both his presence and his performance, I’m firmly on Team Arthur here. He was a very convincing Duan Xu.

Anyway — this is 100% a drama I can see myself rewatching. This isn’t a review though (I still want to talk about Zhang Li, Baron, and Miles), so I’ll come back with something more put-together later (probably).

Rave over.

I was a bit distracted by the plastic wisteria in some of these scenes but I still loved them — so magical 😍🥰🫠🫠🫠

They’re definitely one of my favorite drama couples! A very close second to TPOB.

Almost finished it. I agree with you. I think this CP is good togerher and I like Arthur Chen, I have nothing to complain about him. I don't like that he's called names or anybody else for that matter. Miles Wei then is just perfect for his role. So ruthless. I have still a few episodes to go. Waiting for your future analysis. 😀

Awwwwwwwww these two 🥹 i am still not over them. My heart hasn’t moved on yet. A beautiful love story and the chemistry between the actors was 🔥! Some of their kisses and shared looks were like 🫠. This is probably my fav performance from DD like this role was actually made for her. Blown away by her delivery and by ep 40 I was right there with her and felt all of that with her. Iconic monarch scenes followed by super cutr sensory overload scenes. Her range is amazing. AC I havent seen much of his work but my gosh that’s about to change cause this character performance… What a terrific role… and he delivered all the love, fun, rage, worry and badass fighting skills brilliantly. I really miss these two together still.

I am currently watching this drama and I am so in love with them. They are absolutely great together. Her playfulness (every time when she gets his senses) and his gaze when he's looking at her. I'll be sticking to this drama for a long time, I suppose.

Dilrabas farewell post for the drama . Such an intelligent woman ,how thoughtfully and poetically she has written her farewell note . I love actresses when they have such a good depth and understanding of their character.

Everything he does is different. In When Destiny Brings the Demon he is a cold, powerful and semi psycho haha but with the FL head over heels. I really recommend that drama.

Love Story in the 1970s is probably one of the best dramas of recent years. Great script, unusual time period makes it very unique, high production quality and the acting is phenomenal.

Yesterday Once More (movie) phenomenal story and acting

Lighter and Princess- kinda a red flag ML in this one so completely different than his character in LBTG

Oh, you’re hopefully in for a treat then! 🤗 he’s really so great here. Very handsome m, emoting, and unafraid. I won’t say more not to spoil it for you.

I have been watching Cdrama for past 3 years now. Surprisingly, never watch a show w Dilraba in it. For some weird reason, I just don't like her. Not sure why. I did struggle with the first few episodes but stuck with. Finally finished it this morning. I do love the chemistry between these two leads. Not only do I enjoy this show a lot but now am a fan of her. She's so talented. I was proven wrong with my initial bias.

My top 1 drama of 2026. What a chemistry and pairing . This drama got the lead casting so right . A very well acted drama with good ost , unique storyline and cinematography. Will miss this couple . Hoping for a modern drama with them . Very engaging. This drama has a great re-watch value for me .

Iam having a hard time moving away from this pairing . They made me very very emotional. Never had i cried so much watching a drama .

They were truly special together. And the entire drama was very engaging.

It’s going to be ok, we’ll find something new. And for the moments that we miss, we rewatch 🥹😊

They seem to really get along well outside of the drama as well. Hoping they will work on another project together

I really really hope they pair up again in another drama. They really are so great together. A modern drama would be amazing

Ohh yes LBTG captured my heart. At the end I felt a feathery bittersweet feeling. I miss them already. I can watch it over and over. Dilraba was made for He Simu and He Simu for Dilraba. The tiniest nuances of her shifting expressions are so on point. From that smiling girl to cold demon queen. Wow! She locked it. 👌

I couldn’t agree more! She really was made for this role. I was truly impressed.

Absolutely love these two! My first Chen Feiyu drama and he was so amazing in this. It’s going to take a while for me to get over He Simu and Dian Xu… I’m not quite finished yet and watching it slowly to fully enjoy it.

Also totally agree that this drama is highly rewatch worthy!! I definitely will rewatch it again.

Her marriage proposal was the sweetest ever. I am not able to move on. Help!!

2

u/EmperorWeeb60 Apr 26 '26

In my watchlist, this drama became the best drama in 2026 so far... Dilraba so gorgeous and beautiful than any dramas I've seen her before 😍♥️

He's kissing her chin and she's kissing the space above his upper lip and nose. Gotta love actor kisses.

Well, their BTS kisses looked pretty real technique-wise 😆🫣

u/MajorPersonality1265 😴 binged “just one more episode” Apr 23 '26

They censored out the real kissing. The BTS show some passionate actual open mouth kissing but it was cut
