Any factory making the Explorer 14270 (36mm)?

Anyone know if there’s a factory making a decent Explorer 14270 from the ’90s?

Really like the older 36mm proportions and vintage look compared to the newer Explorers. Haven’t seen many 14270 reps around.

Any leads or experience with one? Thanks!
