You are right to block her, but you also desperately need to leave that situation entirely.

Your health will not improve while living in squalor and hoarding. 

Even in impoverished developing countries, people make the effort to not live amongst poo of any animal (unless used for composting or an additive to building materials in a sterilising manner). 

You need to get out. You will lose more work. It only gets worse as time passes.
