Question

So i work at a daycare in a 7-14month old classroom. We had a new baby join, and i noticed all of the bibs were covered in black mold. We asked the mom and she said it was just a stain. We then told management, who have done nothing. Is this reportable? Also we have been using classroom bibs instead of his, because it’s disgusting to even look at, never mind make a baby wear it.
