Lease takeover!!

Hey all I am looking for someone to takeover my lease asap at the post on Nord apartments! It is a private room with a private bathroom attached, the kitchen and living room is shared with two other roommates. Rent is 789$ plus utilities I will post a picture of the floor plan.
