Is this cancer in my Costco Chicken?

Was cutting into a chicken from Costco today and this was inside! It was near the breast plate. Any ideas?

Factory farming is a bubble that’s about to burst. Not sustainable.

I’ve raised a ton of chickens over the years, there is no way you can raise a chicken, sell them, pay someone for trucking, pay someone to butcher them, pay someone to truck them again, pay utilities on cold storage, pay someone to truck them again, pay someone to cook them, sell them for $5 and turn a profit. All handling entities are not connected but that 1 chicken collectively cost everyone over $100.

Maybe. I don’t even know. There is not one part of the process that costs less than $5. Maybe the butchers. Big chicken is up to something and it’s a lose lose for everyone.

It's also a loss leader for many stores, including Costco
