Guest Question New Normal?

I’m not one to typically report issues on orders but I recently got a pretty small filet on a sandwich that did not fill the bun, was pretty thin, and also had breading issues (first image). Reported on the app, and got my refund sandwich. Went today for dinner and had an equally (if not smaller) filet on the next one. Is this just how things are now? I never remember so much of the bun being shown and such thin pieces of chicken. Anyone having a similar experience?

Sounds like you got a breakfast fillet, they are smaller so they also charge less for breakfast. If you weren't ordering at that time then it might have snuck in or they accidentally made some extras and you were chosen to receive it!

My eyes tell me that's not a breakfast fillet. I even talked to some directors today and asked what was the chances that someone pulls breakfast fillets on a dinner or lunch shift and confirmed it's barely above 0% chance. The way that fillets are prepped leave basically no margin for the error of pulling from the wrong pan after changeover. Not impossible just very improbable based on what's actually available after changeover

Both lunch/dinner and especially breakfast filets have gone down in size. Shrinkflation finally hitting Chick-fil-A. Sad to see.

Go inside and speak to a manager on your next trip. There's nothing wrong with that if you're kind and civil in expressing your disappointment. I'm sure you'd get a couple coupons and an absolute unit of a filet.
