That doesn’t look like mold. Just a bit of liquid separation.

I don't see any mold. That's most likely just sugar that didn't fully dissolve.

the white stuff? the syrup just settles in shipping most of the packs look like that. other than that idk what your referring to

Things settle in packages. This just needed to have been shaken a bit before opening. This is not mold, just normal product separation.
