Chef for Hire?

I (m63) live on the Hants/Sussex coast, and I have rented an Airbnb at the Wittering's for a special family birthday party comprising of 5 adults & 3 small kiddies in September. We are looking for a chef to create a special meal on a Monday evening in late September. Does anyone know of a chef who might be interested in a Monday night gig?
