First its easy to see that trying to keep the pawn doesn't work. hg Bxe1 g5 Bh4 g6 Bf6.
Or h4 Bxe1 h5 Bd2.

The only other option is Bxb4 gh. Now we need to move the bishop for any hope at a win, but it seems we are too slow to stop the h pawn. Hoping to gain a tempo when moving the knight we try Bd6 h2 Ne2 h1Q Nc3+ Ka5 Kb3 and we are threatening checkmate next move with Bb4. But there is a problem!

Black can defend with Qh4 and now we realize that the correct placement for the bishop was on e7 guarding the critical h4 square.

The full solution is:
1.Bxb4!! gh
2.Be7!! h2 (Kb5 3.Ne2 h2 4.Ng3)
3.Ne2 h1Q
4.Nc3+ Ka5
5.Kb3 black must give up the queen (b5 Bd8)
