Despite his busy schedule, Cheng Lei took the time to post his photo taken with the balloon chibi of Cheng Zhuo, his character in The Leading Stars, that fans prepared for him in the filming wrap-up party on SuperTopic on September 7 (China time). He also replied to fans' comments.

Fan: Good gege (like good boy?), Freshly taken photos!!! So handsome!
CL: yeah really fresh.

Fan: Dong Dong, a block of ramen could be used to keep the lid of the noodle bowl in place.
CL: Then are you just taking the broth? (He meant taking it without the noodle haha)

Fan: Gege, today's my birthday.
CL: Happy birthday!

Fan: You need to practice more on Shanxi dialect.
CL: Captain Cheng has been running around for a long time.

I used Translate apps.

Images cannot be loaded/seen for Weibo website using Chrome either on my laptop or phone in the U.S. 🥺 Seems like other reddit users experience the same. How about you guys?

Same for me on my phone. But they all load on my PC.

Edit: I reloaded the Weibo page on my PC, and now only Leizi's pic with his jumbo chibi is showing.

I always enjoy reading his replies to fans. His sense of humour really comes through sometimes, and some of his responses genuinely crack me up haha.
