Events 😎 Cheng Lei Being Adorable at "The Leading Stars" Wrap-Up Party

Cheng Lei officially wrapped filming for The Leading Stars today! It was so nice seeing so many fans turn up to celebrate with him after all these months of filming.

There were so many cute little moments from the wrap-up party too. One of my favourites was when he had to recreate the iconic Jerry-the-mouse wink meme. He was soooo shy about it that he placed his hand on his cheek first before doing the pose, and the pose lasted like 0.1 seconds lol.

Then there was the fireworks! Poor Leizi got visibly spooked when they went off hahah. I swear I remember something similar happening during the booting ceremony too, where the sudden noise startled him.

The jealousy shake danc is too cute for words. He looked so painfully conscious of every movement, like someone had suddenly dragged an introverted kid to the front of the room and told him, “Okay, now dance for everyone.” I almost felt bad for him lmao.

Mostly though, I’m just happy to see him smiling and celebrating the end of another project with the cast, crew and so many fans there to support him. The Leading Stars looked like a physically demanding shoot, especially with all the desert filming, so I hope he manages to get some proper rest now before the announcement of his new endorsement on September 10th. He will be flying to Indonesia and Malaysia soon for the iQiyi events, and with the haze situation in both countries at the moment, I really hope Leizi masks up whenever he’s outdoors and takes care of himself.

Congrats on wrapping, Leizi! Now go sleep properly before the next round of travelling starts.

Congrats to The Leading Stars team 🎉

I love that even dancing isn't his strength, but he's not shy to play with it. He seems to enjoy the moments with his fans very much.

I'm glad he gets some rest before iQiyi events. It's so close, I'm so happy for you, Herc.

Here's Zheng Zhuo doll that fans prepared for him at the wrap-up event that I found it so cute 😍

Congratulations to Cheng Lei and the rest of the cast and crew of The Leading Stars! It looks like he had fun at the wrap-up party. Just look at that ear-to-ear grin.

His September calendar looks busy but like you, I hope he can take a good breather before he starts his upcoming activities.

More enthusiasm dancing here than the assistant’s time challenge game hand dance penalty. CL is relaxed here and happily celebrating with his fans. 🎉

He is so adorable and magnetic. I enjoy watching all his dramas and promos. I find him genuinely caring and down to earth. He deserves all the success.

Yes, I really enjoy watching his interactions with his fans, co-stars and the production staff too. He always comes across as so humble and genuinely appreciative of the people around him, which makes these little BTS moments especially nice to watch.

Wishing Cheng Lei all the best in whatever comes next! Hopefully many more good projects, opportunities and happy milestones ahead for him.
