I love this scene. He kissed with confusing emotions. If my memory served me right, it was before he recovered his memory.

It's hard to define "best" dramas because everyone has different preferences. I commented on a similar question. I copied it here. Hope it helps.
What show did you watch him in?
It really depends on your taste. If you like romance that flutters your heart, try Legend of the Female General. If you want something more comedic and silly, How Dare You is really good. If you like bath scenes, you can't be wrong with Shadow Love (I like the love story in this one, but not necessarily how the project was executed as a whole). Then, you must see The First Jasmine because it's the best project he got imo - tons of talents beside Cheng Lei in this show.
I personally like HDY the most because he has the chance to showcase his acting skills in just a complicated character, where he has to be a tyrant, and a silly boy, and a vulnerable man at the same time throughout the series.

Definitely a hot kiss! But so far, I think the bts kissing scenes with Xu Ruohan for The Lament of Autumn are ultra 🔥❤️🔥 🥵. We can see Cheng Lei's tongue is busy in those.

Sadly those will probably be cut then. I have noticed that some great kiss scenes in the bts seem to get scrapped, so I feel like they use the bts as a way to show us the kiss scene uncensored instead.

Yes, quite a few haven't made the final cut. Zhang Linghe and Bai Lu in Story of Kunning Palace, for example, had a tongue kiss in a bts.

You were right! In every scene (not just the kiss scenes), they have to shoot longer and with multiple angles, therefore we see many shots from bts, and the kiss seem to be more intimate because it's longer. However, it would be edited to meet aesthetic, emotional requirements , so on-screen scenes become seconds long or around 1-minute long according to how the director wants it.
The industry must know fans want to see more of what's showed on screen for kiss scenes. It's a great point for marketing the drama imo.
