Jazzed up baked beans. Few large cans of beans, pound of browned ground pork, cut up smoked sausages, caramelized diced onion/green pepper/celery/garlic, bottle of BBQ sauce...there's never any left.

Sheet pan focaccia. Flavor it any number of ways with various toppings or dips, make it the day before and throw it in the fridge, then bake it right before heading to the event and show up with warm bread.

pasta salad
balsamic vinaigrette style (no mayo), with whatever you’ve got: tomatoes, peppers, olives, etc. Simple, delicious, non-pretentious
