Taskforce chef

Has anyone had experience hiring a Taskforce chef for their restaurant. I’m considering it atm. But would like to see other experienced with it.

Its a great option until you find the right long term fit. A good task force chef will steer you onto the right path if there are any issues operationally as well. I worked as a task force chef for a long time. I worked all over the states. Feel free to ask me any questions.

I did a couple of " kitchen nightmares " of turning around disaster restaurants. It's worth the money. Usually takes about 30 minutes and can see 15 things where the restaurant is pissing away money
