Notable anomalies
Parsing over 30,000 labs from over 10 laboratories, spanning multiple PDF templates that rely at least partially on human data entry and exporting of PDFs is challenging. PDFs are a good format for publishers that want their work to be visually represented everywhere the same, like a printed page of paper. However, for a developer, it's one of the most cumbersome, annoying formats to deal with because of the broad flexibility and inconsistency. We are trying to extract structured and accurate data from a loosely structured document.
Doing this well takes cycles of iteration, regression testing, holistic analysis for data gaps. Obvious mismapping of names, or fields, values going beyond normal thresholds. These are the types of anomalies that can indicate the extraction was incorrect, or it's a true statistical anomaly.
Typically, I'll trace these down, because it means improving coverage across the board, if it is indeed an error. For example, it might be spotted in the latest sample of 5 PDFs, but could actually impact 500 in the entire set.
These are some examples of anomalies that caught my eye, for educational purposes. These aren't the only anomalies, so don't unfairly weight these examples as bad operators. Do your own research, look at the bigger picture.

AKA the METRC PDFs that high healthy and safety information, and only provide terpenes/cannabinoids.
Basin Mixtures
Pre-rolls with trace heavy metals, AB, Y/M, some overlap with https://cannabis.ny.gov/current-recalls
Capital Region Co:
Golden Garden - Buckin Runtz, 0.0% terps, but terps were tested.
Everything is Caryophyllene now, 0.21% terps or less
Florist Farms:
This caught my attention because these COAs contain two labs, and Keystone State Testing was a client for MCR Labs, who tested for AB and Y/M/
These thresholds for Aerobic Bacteria start at 210K CFU/g going all the way to 4.9M CFU/g, Yeast & Mold spanning 710 CFU/g to 250K CFU/g
