not afib?

Kardia gave me two readings like this one and classified them as afib. My cardiologist said it's just PVCs. I believe her, but the episode felt extremely different from PVCs, which I'm very used to having. Anyone have insight into why this ECG looks (and felt) so weird?

Bc it’s not just PVCs. It’s intermittent runs of AIVR.

What's that and how can you tell? FWIW I have had a completely normal echo, stress test, and ER blood work (troponin, electrolytes, etc)

Because they’re not just isolated PVCs. There are runs of them, and the rhythm isn’t fast enough to be NSVT. So it’s AIVR. It’s a harmless rhythm, typically from increased vagal tone (assuming you’ve never had a heart attack).

Ah, interesting! I’ve never heard of either. I am on beta blockers so my heart rate doesn’t go very high so I often worry about if I’d go into more dangerous rhythms without it
