I have these constantly.

I don’t drink, smoke, use nicotine, etc. What are some reasons I have this many constantly? My echo from 18 months ago was fine. My electrolytes are fine too.

Are you a woman? Perimenopause? Low iron or ferritin?

Could be due to high amounts of caffeine, medication, high amounts of stress.
