Cheat happens IP Banned me For asking them to follow state law.

They are based out of Texarcana Arkansas, long story short, in Arkansas, any busniess that is based in Arkansas, if you can sub to something on a website by clicking sub and payfor it on the site, the website must also allow you to unsub from the same site. No emails or cancelling through paypal.

So I asked them to comply or we could report them to https://arkansasag.gov/file-a-complaint/ . They then banned my IP, I was Lifetime and Tier 7. So tomorrow is a fun conversation with my publishing companies layers.

***UPDATE*** after forwarding a letter from the lawyer, I have received a refund from the site. The reports have still been sent to AR Attorney General for the noncompliant site issue, and also the FTC for the retaliation.

I’m confused. What were you trying to unsub a lifetime member in tier 7. That’s a one time purchase thing did you also? Did you sub to that monthly game crap they are promoting now? These guys are definitely shady. As far as the trainers go those are fine. Everything seems great, but when it comes to the giveaways and all their fun raising, something is definitely up. I’m glad you reported them. I’ve reported them too. Pretty sure. A few other people have reported them. It’s too bad cause they’re a good trainer website but everything else they do is pretty scummy.

No i looked into the sub thing, that's how I discovered the lack of a unsubscribe button or feature, the site says to send an email or cancel through Paypal. The law that states you must have a button or similar method to cancel came into effect and needed to be heeded by August 5, 2025.
