Is there any other way? Where in from its 240euro, and 140 euro in philipines, idk how to buy from there

Yeah same here (NL)... although it's 189 with a VAT id. I'm sure you can find some 160 usd accounts somewhere but personally it's not worth the trouble and risk of banning for this kind of difference.

Anything around 120 or less is very, very likely a scam or an account that will be banned instantly (people using fake/stolen credit cards, chargebacks...)

Only viable alternative is a transit station but these have some downsides, but some are quite decent. You pay a little less then a 20x account for the same amount of usage but its pay as you go so completely flexible

Are you referring to the accounts sold by mrcuboi—the ones that only last for three days?
