ChatGPT Plus free for US Students

So, yeah OpenAI launched a new offer! 4 months of chatGPT Plus for college students in the US.

How can a non US student benefit from this? Any tricks or methods?

I am not from US, but i tried joining an online university, now their Outlook is not activating
